Rocket Empire Shows Class In Dominant Display

It has been a patient wait for connections to see this talented galloper by Reward For Effort return back to the racetrack.

Rocket Empire made a tremendous start to racing with two strong back-to-back wins and looked set for great things.

Unfortunately, fortune did not favour him which soon suffered a serious infection and then later fractured his pedal bone.

It has been (34 weeks) to see our boy back on the track again…. after all setbacks, injuries and disappointments.

Well…. the Rocket did not disappoint!

A few deep breaths after the turn, but as soon as he balanced up… the afterburners kicked in and Rocket was off and gone for the photo 🏆🏆

A Brilliant return by Rocket Empire carrying a hefty 61kg.

REGAL ROSSA CRASHES ANOTHER PARTY

Regal Rossa launches up through the grades and crashes the in form ‘Night Guy’s party.

Night Guy, son of Champion sire Lonhro was all the rage after strong back to back wins and a second this campaign leading into this contest.

Regal Rossa stepping up in grade and drawing out wide was friendless in the market.

However, apparently nobody told her.

Regal Rossa made her own luck. She travelled 3 wide all the way, but with the patient hands of Fred Kersley, Regal Rossa built momentum approaching the turn and then showed a clean pair of heels to quickly accelerate out wide and take the brilliant win.

Fred Kersley is quickly building a strong affinity with her making it 2 wins from 3 starts aboard the mare.

Rossa is a very outstanding and remarkable horse. No wonder she wins with a class. She really loves to crash every party she’s in.

Jenkins  breaks through With class

Jenkins back on top of the ground lives up to the early hype and repays his supporters with a dominant display for the Regal / Cumani alliance.

Top Jockey Jye McNeil took no chances taking Jenkins widest on the bend to ensure he had a clear passage to open up on the long 473m final straight.

Jenkins showed his appreciation with an explosive turn of foot to easily account for his rivals demonstrating his true class and ability winning by 3 lengths eased down.

Jenkins will benefit greatly from this confidence boosting win and will now go on towards bigger and better things.

It took me 4 days of negotiation… but I am delighted to have secured this magnificent colt by Brazen Beau.

I was originally outbidded and the colt was passed in 220k – not making his reserve.

He was our prime pick of the 1000 horse draft that Matt Cumani, Leonard and I had scoured through.

I eventually secured this quality colt on the final day for 150k!

We had his heart scored and his rating was the highest percentile scored. The Vet subsequently purchased 25% based on the examination!

He was a Standout!

This colt’s build and demeanour shared an uncanny resemblance to Brazen Beau!

The I Am Invincible/ Sadler’s Wells breed line is now one of the most famous and successful families in Australasia!

He was clearly the most outstanding Brazen Beau type i have ever seen.

A real Caulfield Guineas type of horse. We measured his windpipe. Airways is a very important characteristic for a racehorse. Average is 2.0. This guy measured 3.5!
