Regal valour delivers

A filly targeted for Derby distances, she has been given plenty of time and TLC related to her growth and development.

Today she has delivered in quite devastating fashion.

Kilmore is not an easy track for an inexperienced horse, but our filly showed some real class today and from a long way out – never really looked liked she would get beaten.

We had a few early challenges with Fred Kersley pulling out of the meeting – but we were lucky enough to secure the services Damien Thornton whom is a very handy jockey in his own right.

Damien could not have done a better job and was able to place our filly exactly as per instruction.

Regal Valour broke well, placed one off the fence just behind the speed and travelling in great rhythm.

400m out asked to pick up and round the leaders upon the turn and then ran right through the line.

The most impressive part was when she was challenged by the Ciaron Maher galloper…. she easily held this horse at bay – despite this one being hard fit and our girl only being about 80% wound up.

A very progressive filly on the way up!
